What's In Season // Spring

Glorious spring! The world is green again and little shoots have popped up from the dirt everywhere I look. What a blessed respite from a long winter of bare branches and brown ground. The farmers market offerings are crispy and crunchy, that special freshness that can only grow in the cool mornings and rainy afternoons of spring. Lots of salads. Lots of eggs and greens. And lots of perfectly ruby strawberries popped into my mouth!
